PerformStrips Subscription Terms
At PerformStrips, we keep your subscription flexible, clear, and fully in your control. Below are the terms that apply when you choose to subscribe.
Your Plan, Your Terms
We offer multiple subscription options designed to fit your routine and preferences. Each plan includes details such as product delivery frequency, pricing, and billing intervals. These are clearly presented at checkout and confirmed via email. You can manage or modify your plan at any time through your personal dashboard:

Payment & Charging Schedule
Once you subscribe, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically based on the billing interval you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By completing your subscription, you approve recurring charges for continued access.
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew on a rolling basis. Unless you cancel in advance, your plan will automatically extend at the end of each billing cycle. Payments will be processed using the most recent payment details on file.
Need to Cancel?
No problem — you’re free to cancel whenever it suits you. Simply log into your account or contact our team. Just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next cycle being charged. You’ll continue to receive products or access through the remainder of your current term.
Refund Policy
We don’t provide refunds for partially used cycles or skipped shipments. If you believe something was billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We’re here to help.
Delivery & Address Accuracy
If your subscription includes product shipments, we’ll send your order according to the schedule in your plan. Make sure your shipping info is current — we can’t reship orders that were sent to outdated addresses.
Changes & Updates
We may occasionally update our subscription offerings, pricing, or plan structure. If you continue your subscription after updates take effect, that confirms your agreement with the new terms.
