Refund policy

Return policy
You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you or
someone on your behalf receives the order. Within that period you
can cancel your purchase without giving a reason.

14-day trial
Trying them is the whole point. Open the box, wear one, sleep a
night. If it does not work for you, register a return and you get
your money back. We do not ask for an explanation.

Testing is fine, using them up is not. Wearing a few strips to
see whether they suit you falls within your right to change your
mind. If you use noticeably more than that, we deduct the loss in
value from your refund. If you ordered several packs and most are
still unopened, those are refunded in full.

How to register a return
Email info@performstrips.com with your order number. You may also
use the model withdrawal form, but you are not required to. You
will hear back within 24 hours on working days with instructions.

From the day you notify us you have 14 days to send the parcel.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. We estimate this at around
€4 within the Netherlands, depending on the carrier and the size
of your shipment. If an item is faulty or incorrectly delivered,
we pay the return shipping.

Refund
You get the purchase amount back, including the delivery cost you
paid on your original order, less any deduction for loss in value
as described above. If you chose a more expensive delivery method
than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.

We refund within 14 days of your notification, using the same
payment method you paid with. We may wait until we have received
the shipment or until you have shown that you sent it. This costs
you nothing.

Exchanges
Want a different product? Register your return and place a new
order. That way you get the new product fastest, and the refund
runs its own course.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Check your order on arrival. If something is wrong, email
info@performstrips.com. We will sort it out and cover the return
shipping. This is separate from your right to change your mind
and applies afterwards too: you are entitled to a product that
does what we promise, for as long as you can reasonably expect it
to.

Subscriptions
On a subscription? See our Cancellation policy. Your right to
change your mind on individual orders is separate from that.
